ADAP is a state-administered program that provides HIV medications to low-income individuals living with HIV disease who have little or no coverage from private or third-party insurance.
HICP is also a state-administered program that assists eligible persons who need help with health insurance payments.
PAPs are set up by drug companies to provide free or low-cost HIV drugs to people who cannot afford to buy their medications.
