To Our Shores is proud to provide comprehensive USCIS Immigration Medical Examinations (Form I-693) performed by a designated USCIS Civil Surgeon. We are committed to making the immigration medical examination process as convenient, efficient, and stress-free as possible.

Our experienced clinical team will guide you through every step of the examination and ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately in accordance with current USCIS requirements.

What Is an Immigration Medical Examination?

Individuals applying for adjustment of status (permanent residency/Green Card) are generally required by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to complete a medical examination performed by a designated Civil Surgeon.

The examination determines whether an applicant has any medical conditions that may affect admissibility under U.S. immigration law.

At the completion of your examination, you will receive your completed USCIS Form I-693 in a sealed envelope for submission to USCIS.
